15 Feb 2009 : Constantia stops swinging, starts flying! #
It's been over 16 months since Constantia, my home Koolu server went on line, and with the end of the support window for Gutsy Gibbon drawing closer, it seemed like a good idea to try to upgrade it to Hardy Heron. The great benefit is that, as an LTS release, it should be able to stick with this until 2011 (by which time it may be in need of a hardware upgrade!). So although it's taken lots of time, reconfiguring and tweaking, it's now back up and running, with everything apparently working. No doubt it'll become clear what really broke during the upgrade over the next couple of weeks, during which time I'm hoping it'll get used a bit more heavily.
