I've not yet decided whether Mastadon's new feature to add a fediverse link to content cards is a great way to tie together different accounts, or just a clever trick to prevent users from leaving Mastadon, but I've decided to add the tag to my site and see how I feel about it. Thanks to Bastian for highlighting the feature. I suspect it's all a matter of perspective: as an oldskool Website enthusiast I consider my Website to be the focus where my other content links out to, whereas others (including, of course, Mastadon) see social networks as the central point of focus. I'll see how it goes.

Working on a presentation for work has given me an opportunity to read up about the history of the Web Browser. Turns out to be not such a simple thing to unravel, but I've given it a go.
